Wednesday morning, May 23rd at 7:00 a.m. is the Annual Vic Kops Children’s Challenge Awards Breakfast at Lomas Santa Fe Country Club.  This year the Del Mar – Solana Beach Optimist Club plans to recognize and award nine young recipients at the breakfast for their demonstrated talents/obstacles they have overcome in life.
